Had a remedial massage with Hayley and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I suffer with shoulder knots and no masseur can normally ever shift them but she did, and without any pain! I left so relaxed and my shoulders feel so loose this morning. Can't wait to go back

I had a nice relaxing Swedish massage at Alternatively Better, as a pre-race measure before a big run. I found the therapist to be friendly and responsive in terms of asking me whether I wanted more pressure or less for example. The room was clean and relaxing, nicely lit and ambient music. My only criticism was it was a bit cold but the blankets meant that didn't matter too much. The price of £35 was very cheap for almost an hour of massage. I would go to this centre again.
