The Therapist doing my nails was lovely and chatty, the receptionist was a little short and not very welcoming, and didn’t tell me there was a short wait for my slot. Nails done in the same room as massage on the massage bed, a little uncomfortable as I was sat on a stool and not a chair. The UV Lamp could be cleaned a little better, it’s dusty and covered in nail paint spatters. Nails look lovely but it lacked that professional touch.
