Not just your basic salon ...fab place and really relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door...lots of little fab reiki goodies to buy on display that's your thing and staff lovely. Will most definetly become my regular treat day place :-) x

Fantastic, from the minute I walked through the door I felt at ease such a calm and serene place to be in.
Simone asked my concerns regarding my pain and gave a thorough explanation of my treatment. Even from the application of the oil I knew it was going to be great, I liked the way she explained at the start of the treatment to let her know throughout if I wanted her to adjust the pressure rather than like some places continually ask if it’s ok all the way through. After it had finished I was given water and aftercare and she demonstrated some exercises that would help with pain . Outstanding!

This was my first trip to Alternatively better and it won't be my last.
Simone was friendly, professional and asked how she could tailor the massage to my needs (any aches or pains?) checking the pressure was right for me.
The massage was wonderful, I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. She used several unscented lotions/oils during the facial which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft for days.
The reiki session was a first for me and a great experience enhanced by the tranquil music-scent and atmosphere of the place.
I would definitely reccomend a treatment here.
