The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming to this lovely little place. Sarah is knowledgeable, experienced and took great care in tailoring my massage to my needs with great intuition. We were so very disappointed with our daughters experience having her ears pierced At Alternatively Better. My daughter didn’t get any option to pick which type of stud was used and the therapist just picked a star of her own accord. The therapist did not mark up the positioning with a dot so that neither myself of my daughter could agree they were in the right place. Both piercings where far too close to her head (can’t see piercings face on) one was higher than the other. We had to remove them
