Simone was fantastic. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and it’s often the case the a massage will help a little but my treatment at alternatively better has left me feeling completely relaxed.
The therapists are always really lovely and welcoming.

My first time having reiki and I was dubious at what to expect. Dawn put me at ease straight away and talked through what she’d be doing. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment and have recommended her to everyone. She was brilliant. Very professional yet very friendly.
