The treatment was good, but my experience was not excellent. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise disturbance coming from surrounding rooms and communal areas. At the end of the treatment I politely fed this back and that it had impacted on my experience. I received very little response with no apology, acknowledgement or accountability. This was not conducive to a relaxing and healing environment.
