Lovely peaceful atmosphere with candles, relaxing music, pleasant smell. Skilled relaxing but firm massage which immediately made my back pain feel better, easier to move

As soon as I entered the premises of ‘ Alternatively Better’ I was made to feel really comfortable. It was my first time, as this was a birthday treat, so I felt a little nervous, mainly because I’d never experienced a ‘ Facial ‘ or Reflexology before.
My first session was a Swedish massage and I could not speak more highly of Louise, who actually put me to sleep!!
Tracey then made sure that I stayed awake with what followed!!
Absolutely amazing treatment all round!
Will definitely return!!
