I have been coming to Alternatively Better for over 6 years now, I have had lots of different treatments but mostly reflexology, I always see Tracy who is an amazing lady we have the best chats, the atmosphere is always easy going and and fun all the staff are super friendly and have to have an appointment every 4 weeks, I feel like part of the family, see you next time for some acupuncture 😎

to preface, i wasn’t actually treated by simone. a woman called tracey waxed me. she did make unkind and uncalled for comments about my body hair that were completely inappropriate and unrelated to the treatment. furthermore, she did not wear gloves the entire time, and only used one wooden stick to apply all the wax to both legs AND bikini. also, i walked in and she said ‘just take your trousers off’ without even turning around, let alone leave, for privacy. very disappointed with the service
