It was my first time ever having the treatment I was left in a room all by myself while she was downstairs the first time I press the buzzer it took about roughly 5 minutes to her to get to me. All through the treatment to stay downstairs I was heavily constipated this was the reason for me having the treatment, I was expected to have the person in the room with me to explain what was happening more water came out of me and I left feeling as full-up as I got them. It was explained me from someone else she should have been in in there room with me because could have had a reaction to the treatment

My stomach feels much better after the procedure. The room was very clean and relaxing, Diane is highly knowledgeable and reassuring. Wish I knew about this sooner. Already had 2 appointments and planning to have 2 more to complete the course.

I would highly recommend having your treatment here. Diane was polite, calm, helpful and she gave me full control once she had explained the full treatment and how it works. The room is really relaxing and the treatment is pretty interesting. I have told everyone about it and will definitely be booking again. Thank you x
