Diane was amazing, this was my first experience and she really put me at ease, she was professional and friendly. The environment was welcoming, clean and relaxing. The procedure was easy and the lasting effects of wellbeing were exceptional. I would definitely come back and I will (and have done already) recommend to all my friends and family.

For most people it is definitely worth it having a colonic; Because as i go through my "busy life " and often rush many meals and take short cuts, i accumulate all sorts of leftover wastes in my gut; It happens to me and i generally live a simple diet - well mostly !! So give it a go i say; It doesnt come with any obigations to repeat at set times; Which is what extra thing i like about it.
