My nail technician was incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. I showed them a reference design, and they recreated it even better than I imagined. This is not a bad reflection on the nail therapist, - she was careful, thorough and pleasant, so I would go back to her if it was at a different venue. However, the reception staff and others were very sales driven- they were trying to upsell as soon as i got there, asking me if i wanted to get extra nail art. The music was loud and really annoying. They gave Mahta a script -she had to ask me if i wanted to become a member (I didnt). The nail varnish they used was bad quality too - looks patchy

Really impressed with my hair toner service! The colour turned out beautiful – fresh, even, and exactly the tone I was hoping for. It made such a difference and completely refreshed my hair.
