Absolutely wonderful. So much more than a massage. Adele has the most gentle approach and I felt nurtured. I have experienced recent trauma in my life and I arrived feeling highly anxious and I left feeling like my peace had been restored. She is so talented. I have had three treatments now and I’ll ensure that visiting Adele is a priority for my wellbeing. Beautiful surroundings in the church too. Bliss

As always Adele was thorough in her listen to my challenges. She worked on my body and responded to it appropriately reducing some of the tightness and giving me more movement with less pain. I was very relaxed and enjoyed the treatment leaving feeling pampered and special.
