It was INCREDIBLE, I honestly felt so relaxed..I want to take her to the hospital with me to keep me relaxed lol! Best massage I’ve ever had and will certainly be extremely hard to top!
I’ve got another one booked in for a few weeks time! Thoroughly recommend to anyone, especially those who are in the last few weeks of pregnancy!

Adele is a very talented therapist. I had a shoulder/ neck injury and she was able to work sensitively and pinpointed exactly the right spot and aided the healing of this with her massage techniques building on the work of the Osteopath from earlier in the week.
