Went in with pain in my lower back and shoulders and knee! Adele was amazing at listening to my body and used fascial techniques, felt like I was being guided back together again, the back pain and shoulder tension has totally eased and I feel as if I have a new knee! I was made really comfortable with lots of pillows and the whole experience was blissful! 10/10 can’t wait to go again!
