Had a pregnancy massage with Adele at 36 weeks to start my mat leave with a treat. It was the perfect way to relax. The massage was gentle, reassuring and Adele made me comfortable at all points, using pillows to allow me to lay on my sides. It felt great! I had had some rib pain which I mentioned beforehand and Adele gently addressed it with a soft stretch which felt really good.
Thank you for a wonderful treatment! Really recommend to anyone else who wants to try a pregnancy massage!
