My sister booked me a pregnancy massage and it was honestly the best! I came away so relaxed, my posture was so much better, my shoulders and back felt free of tension. Adele made me feel very welcome and at ease and asked me lots of questions before the massage to make sure she dealt with all the problem areas and understood what I needed. I loved the pillows to make me comfortable on my side. It was lovely location to have the massage in (top of an old church) and felt like quality me time.
