Although Adele offerers a variety of treatments (and I have experienced her effective myofascial work several times) I elected to have a Swedish Massage to get my immune system and lymphatic drainage moving after a long and stubborn virus. It certainly did the trick and put me on the road to recovery. Thank you. I will be back!
