Very good healing time which really helped me to feel lovely and relaxed. Went to park to have a little sleep afterwards.
It was weird seeing Adele through a mask and it felt like it was a bit of a barrier but that cannot be changed in these present times. Thankfully her hands did all the talking. Very sensitive and always asks if it is too much pressure but I have never found that to be the case.
