Adele has recently moved her practice to a larger, characterful and airy space in a converted church complex in central Brighton. It has enhanced what was, an already exceptional experience. Adele is an experienced and caring professional who always makes detailed assessment before treatments. She is thorough throughout, values continuity from previous visits, and I cannot recommend her massage services more highly.

The new venue is lovely! Really beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Adele was able to releive the tension in my shoulders and back muscles and I left feeling very relaxed. Thank you.
