Once Again a great Massage, Adele knows what I need really before I can express it. I relaxed so much and went away feeling great. Will be back.

Well I received a first class sports massage, its not the fault of this health establishment, but lying down my sinuses all ways get blocked up. I have not got the biggest head so I find whenever I go for a massage, wherever that may be I cannot breathe through my nose.
I do not know why this all ways happens, but it does.
Its a great service they provide, I guess it does not help how nervous I get, on a scale of one to 10 I get 100% nervous, so maybe ought to not bother, as I am not tactile.
