Once again Adele has surpassed expectations, she was able to adapt to my body with great care, I hadn’t been for a couple of months but came away feeling great and have booked my next 2 appointments with her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I would totally recommend Adele and visit her regularly to deal with any aches and pains I have or to just get a relaxing massage, if that's all that is needed. Lovely venue, clean and fresh, light and airy.

I wondered if Adele should ask clients about choxie of oils. I had peppermint that makes me feel really nauseous. Took me quite a while to recover.
