Didn’t end up getting the massage as when I got there they had changed my appointment time without letting me know. There was no apology at all and I’m now trying to get my money back via treatwell. What is really annoying is that myself and my friend booked for the same time and I had booked via treatwell first. She then called 2 days later and booked over the phone so they had basically bumped my appointment for her. Expect to be treated less well if you book through treatwell.

Been here several times and have always felt the difference after a session. All the therapists are extremely knowledgeable in locating which areas needed the most attention. It's difficult to find such a good massage in London!
