Overall, my experience was okay. It was unclear whether the lady was standing in because Manisha was sick - it was difficult to understand what she said.
She seemed quite uncertain about what she was doing and the result was okay, but I'll go to someone more experienced next time. Again, possibly I had a stand-in, but if that were the case, I would hope they'd find an experienced replacement or reschedule (I booked on the day).
