Cons: service did not correlate to price of treatment - was not acknowledged for 15 mins after entering into salon, treatment started 10 mins late, hair stylist was juggling between me and another customer (salon seems to be lacking in staff), hair left rough and hard to brush after cut, wash and blow-dry

The biab manicure was quite poorly done; gel was not applied all the way to the edges, uneven thickness so some fingers have a blob of product, top layer not applied all the way so I had to do my best to correct afterwards (2 nails were missed). I doubt they’ll last 1 weeks… I paid a discount price so it’s fine I guess, but I would have been furious if I had paid the full price of £50. Don’t recommend and won’t go back.
