James was very friendly and welcoming. His therapy room is calm and relaxing and spotlessly clean. I was having issues with my neck which he used two different techniques to address. It felt a lot better by the time I left and I haven’t had issues with it since. I train a lot and will definitely use him again.

James is a great therapist. He is attentive and focuses on the things you are saying to really get a handle on what the issue is. His practice is always so clean and relaxing that I feel totally comfortable in there. If you’re looking for something slightly different to the usual sports massage then James will help you get to the bottom of the problems through years of experience and different therapy techniques. Huge thumbs up!

I've had several treatments with.
James works carefully but with high efficiency and knowledge. For me it isn't just the treatment itself which is great of course, but the advice he gives.
Nothing works in isolation and James is very aware of such an important point. Highly recommend, give it a go!

James has treated me on various occasions. He uses different methods to work out the root cause of the problem and then focuses on that area to resolve it. Recently I put my back out the day before I was going camping and it was so bad I thought I’d have to cancel. After one treatment he managed to fix it which I really wasn’t expecting. James is very easy to talk to and takes a genuine interest, following up afterwards to see how things are. His studio is immaculate. I’d highly recommend him.
