This has been the first hairdresser I ever met who said that she can't cut in layers. After the initial cut, she cut the left-hand side of the hair much shorter than the right-hand side. The difference was so obvious, but she pretended not to see it, although she admitted it in the end and managed after several attempts to fix the mistake. In the end, she cut the fringe extremely short although I made it clear how much she should cut it. I don't recommend her as a hairdresser at all.
