This facial was a gift for my little sister's birthday. She said she really enjoyed it and it was very calming, however I couldn't help but notice a big red scratch on her cheek which has since started to scab. I wasn't there so cannot say much more about the experience, but I'm quite surprised that this could happen. I predict the aesthetician didn't notice at the time, but still..
