Alma was lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable about her craft. My face massage was very effective at helping with the tension and pain I had in my face and jaw, without being painful or uncomfortable. I also bought a gua sha from her because she helped me find one that I liked and I felt no pressure to buy - which makes me more likely to! Will be back again.
