I couldn't recommend Alma enough! I've had some horrendous waxing experiences in the past which have built up a fear of waxing in my mind (to the point where I'll be losing sleep in the week leading up to my appointment). Alma put me completely at ease, and the wax itself was so close to pain free that there were times I had to ask whether she'd already pulled the wax off or not! I've also reacted badly to waxes in the past and been uncomfortable for days after, but with Alma there was no redness or soreness. I booked my next appointment straight away, and have already told multiple friends to go to Alma. I have nothing but good things to say.
