Lovely view - warm welcome - but the room could do with some tidying up as it looks rather cluttered. The massage was great. I was not happy at all with the mini facial that left me with three huge boils for which I am having to take antibiotics. I think the facial oil is too strong for spots-prone skins

Wow. Alma is absolutely amazing and full of positive energy. I did my research before booking and chose Alma due to her extensive positive feedback. I wasn’t sure which facial to choose from so I sent her a message and she responded straight away with her recommendation based on my description of my skin. She is a very warm and welcoming lady and makes you feel relaxed from the moment you meet her. She is extremely knowledgeable and really pays attention to detail. I thought the facial would hurt but it didn’t at all, in fact the feel of having your face “hoovered” by the magical face machine as I shall call it was very relaxing. I feel like I have a new face and I will most definitely be returning for regular facials, first class treatment at an affordable price - it would be rude not to!
