Tried the salon for the first time for a massage but will not be back. Door to the room was left ajar throughout the treatment and I could overhear other customers. Staff member left partway through the massage to call another customer and other staff were shouting through the door during the treatment. Staff member asked how much I had paid for the appointment partway through and then it was brought to an abrupt end - booked for one hour, only lasted 45 minutes (including dressing/undressing).

I booked and paid for my mum to get her makeup for her 80th Birthday party.
Whole experience from start to finish was terrible.
Mum wanted a natural look, and that is not what my mum got. MUA took a 5min call whilst doing my mums makeup. Mum looked like a dead drag queen, Foundation was too light, Eyebrows where like what a 20yr old would have square and dark. Used mascara wand from mascara not a throw away wand. I spoke to the MUA to complain about the makeup, she was rude.
