The treatment room was in the back behind a glass door covered only by a curtain, I felt a little exposed at first but the treatment itself was fine and the wax was quick. I had assumed the wax would be hard wax as this is what I’m used to but it was strips, perhaps I misunderstood what I had booked though was disappointed by this. Staff however were really lovely and friendly!
