I had the haircut, wash and blowdry and Mehnaz and her colleague looked after me. Even got a head massage which was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend and the prices are affordable and good. Thank you! Will definitely come back to try the other services.

Nails took 90 mins instead of 45, the beautician was treating other customers at the same time so it took ages. The manicure isn't the quality I was hoping for sadly, it's uneven, lumpy and messy.

First thing I walked in to was her telling me I had my appointment time wrong and that she had been waiting an hour for me without contacting me. Obviously I had the booking confirmation. I booked a manicure, I got 3 nails filed, no cuticle work, nothing she did was a manicure. She literally just painted my nails. I wanted French tip, she seemed so annoyed, I had to sit 10 mins whilst she awkwardly set up the station. The paint was terrible, it chipped within a day. Ruined my holiday nails.
