First thing I walked in to was her telling me I had my appointment time wrong and that she had been waiting an hour for me without contacting me. Obviously I had the booking confirmation. I booked a manicure, I got 3 nails filed, no cuticle work, nothing she did was a manicure. She literally just painted my nails. I wanted French tip, she seemed so annoyed, I had to sit 10 mins whilst she awkwardly set up the station. The paint was terrible, it chipped within a day. Ruined my holiday nails.

they've charged me extra saying the service I booked through treatwell wasn't the right one. i ended up paying £70 for the slowest shellac manicure and pedicure. over 2h it took. not going back ever again.
