I’ve booked Casey for haircut.She did good job-nice length,good style as I wanted.She wasn’t busy so I asked her for highlights (tone in tone, soft stripes, natural caramel highlights).First round bleaching didn’t work and ended without any result?? (I have thin hair) so she started with second round.I left salon with 6different colours on my head-from bright and egg yellow,rusty to orange.The salon is quite dark so I didn’t see the problem before I was at home so I paid £125 for awful looking.
