Everything went smoothly. I didn't have to wait despite being Sat morning. The staff was very friendly & professional, in particular the stylists who took care of my haircut. She followed my instructions carefully making sure to not over trim/thin-out my (long-ish) hair, and gave me no rush. I would recommend it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to find and pleasant decor. Stylist always checking if you are happy. Offered to let me check the length after drying to see if I wanted more off. Happy to give me suggestions and ideas both for the cut and styling at home.
