Paolo was fantastic, I was asking for a haircut a little out of my comfort zone and he took plenty of time to check what I wanted, listen to my concerns and offer professional advice. He did a wonderful job with the cut and checked in with me all throughout the process. The overall atmosphere was good too, the salon was clean, quiet and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and will surely be back again in the future.
