The staff I spoke to were very welcoming and friendly on arrival. Lucy was very professional and checked in a few times during the massage to ensure I was comfortable and listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back!

I went in for a wash and blow dry, and I was really pleased with the outcome. Ilona N. was so knowledgeable and adept, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
