Lucy was very happy to tailor the massage to what I needed and wanted, including tailoring her pressure to combat my ticklishness and work out knots in my back. She suggested alternatives to a standard full-body to ensure I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Despite being on a fairly noisy floor of JL, once the door was closed, it was a calm and relaxing environment. Would highly recommend!

My experience with Allertons aftercare was substandard. We had an issue with both gel manicures in that they chipped within a couple of days and then refused to give me money back. Would not return

Paolo was wonderful and really helped me out in a difficult situation. I had an event the following day and he went above and beyond to accommodate me by pinning all the curls beautifully! I couldn’t have asked for a better service! :) 1000/10
