As soon as you walk into Allertons in Nottingham you feel cared for. All the staff are attentive and focused on your needs. After a journey by bus in wet and windy weather, I was welcomed and offered a soothing tea, chamomile - my favourite, and seated ready for my experience, the hair wash and blowdry. When Soraya does your hair you are getting so much more. A beautiful massage as your hair is washed and conditioned, and attention to detail all through. A heavenly experience, thank you.

I had a lovely time at Allertons. I booked a hot stone massage and it was my first time. Everything was explained really well and initially I was talked through the process. All staff were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Lucy was lovely, put me at ease and chatty. However I think unfortunately the good conversation meant a lot of my waxing was missed which I didn’t notice until I was home. I was in for a full leg wax but both the outer and inner of my thighs was not done. The ‘room’ itself is very bare and the door opens inward so it is too easy for shoppers to get a glimpse of you on the table which I was very aware of when half naked.
