My back, neck and shoulder massage was great. Lucy was very friendly and professional and the time went very quickly because I was so relaxed! I think she used a lemon oil on me which smelled amazing, I could smell it for the rest of the day. The only negative is that the treatment room is right off the shop floor so I could hear some shop noise, e.g. the lifts, the PA announcements, which did remind me of where I was.
