They ran out of foot masks for the callus peel pedicure and didn’t tell me that I would be getting a reduced treatment until halfway through the appointment. Allertons then didn’t respond to my request for a partial refund and I had to go through Treatwell.

Just got home noticed quite a few hairs so I basically will need to shave. Was booked as a Hollywood but was actually a bikini but still I can see so many hairs on the bikini line and thigh. Offered to do back of my legs as an inconvenience as it wasn’t a Hollywood but overall still not happy..as I still now have to shave my bikini line.

Staff was lovely and space was nice however the manicure is messy. I booked this rather than doing them myself as a treat however could have done a neater job at home. Disappointing sadly.
