I made the booking online which was simple enough and had a follow up call to confirm from the Salon but they left me a message about 'removal' prior to my treatment so I had to call and clarify that it was Gel Polish and not Gel false nails I was booked in for- fortunately it was as i'd hoped and was just Gel polish.
On arrival the Salon was very bright, clean and busy. I recieved a warm welcome and was advised of a small delay which was fine but I didn't recieve any refreshement which I found a bit poor seeing as I was there for an hour treatment.
The Beauty Therapist was pleasant but the room was a bit cramped and not very functionable.
Nevertheless I was happy with the end result and will use them again.

i havent , ever in my life , met such a meticulous beautician. not only that she took her time but she made sure every inch is hair free
sometimes its hard to find a good place that does quality work and takes into consideration the client`s needs and `stress levels` but this place and more specifically Hayley hits all the right notes
... over all i loved the ambiance ..loved the music... loved the staff - so much i`ve recommended the place to my girl-friends

This is my second visit to Allertons and i had my hair cut by Lauren who cut it the first time for me. As i expected she did a great job and i came away very happy and looking good. What took me by surprise the first time i had my hair done was the conditioning short head massage, which is always relaxing. I think the staff are quite friendly and its nice to be greeted as you walk in the shop with a smile. I will definetely be recommending Allertons to my friends and family.

The rating says it all =) the waxing treatment was not as painful as i thought it would be. i very much appreciate the pre and post waxing treatment and advice (seeing that it was my second experience going to a waxing salon; my first experience was horrible). Overall, excellent!
