I had my first (and last) appointment at allertons today. Even though staff was friendly, I was completely dissatisfied with my haircut. I took 2 photos in of exactly what I wanted and the result had absolutely nothing to do with this. In the end, I realized that even though the price on wahanda was 36 pounds, I was charged 39 pounds. All this for a haircut that I absolutely hate. Very unhappy customer :(

Having never had my nails done professionally before I was so surprised how quick and easy having gel nails was! There were plenty of colours to choose from and the beautician was lovely and chatted throughout, also checking that I liked the colour as went along. Will definitely be having them done again!

Great experience again at Allertons. Only been visiting this salon since around September last year and I would recommend it to anyone. Lovely staff and a great service :) hair stylists always have a conversation with you at the start to make sure they get your hair just right and mini makeover afterwards makes you feel that extra bit pampered. Amazing!

Lovely staff and service- friendly as well as upbeat and caring. Looked after me throughout. I would have liked to tailor my massage more though
