Really lovely venue with excellent staff and a great ambience!
The treatment itself (eyebrow tinting) was tip top and the mini-makeover a nice treat!

I'm afraid it was last chance for Allerton's as twice I have had to return to rectify albeit without quibble. On this occasion my fringe and at the back is not right as these areas are not equal. I did not look like I had just been to a salon and they skimped on hair products, probably because I used a discount voucher but it is costing me as I have to go back to rectify. I think staff knew I wasn't satisfied but with a short style anyway it is difficult to put right. Ugh!

My appointment wasn't carried out on time but I didn't mind since it was a bank holiday. I wasn't offered a drink for waiting. The front house staff seemed preoccupied with the computer. The treatment and lady doing it was very good and professional. The only problem is you can hear the music outside. So you have the calming music inside and then the outside music mixed in.

Allertons is in a great location. They were easy to book with. I am usually nervous at hairdressers but I was put at ease. The colour came out great! Without the Treatwell discount this would have been expensive. I think the cost of a blowdry should be built into the price - it's not ideal to ask people to spend their money on the ombré then ask for an extra £20 just to get their hair dried off.
