Really friendly staff - I was running late and flustered but they didn't bat an eye and suggested a "bouncy blow dry" which I'd never have asked for but looked lovely

The masseuse was really good, I felt she took the time to understand my needs and even asked me where I wanted it to be focused. I loved the wax, she made sure she took EVERY hair out and it was not even that painful, very attentive.
