Today I had my appointment at Allertons changed because of a computer error. I got to the venue and they told me I had to go to the John Lewis venue instead because their room wasn't ready. Then when I arrive at John Lewis at 16:45, the woman I saw kept me waiting 10 minutes and the massage only started at 16:55 and stopped at 17:15, so I paid for a 30 min massage and only got 20, and she barely spoke to me and didn't give me any water afterwards. Very disappointed, it's usually great there.

Was my second waxing experience and she made me so comfortable but didn’t prolong the experience. Was quicker than expected and she was so lovely, the vibe of the room helped massively aswell. Deffo coming back😊
