Very friendly staff. Appointment started 15 minutes late. Staff did apologise and keep me updated but it did mean I was late for dinner with friends

Great relaxed atmosphere. The right amount of chitchat with James who was lovely. He gave me a really nice finish that I haven't had before and offer a few helpful hints and tips.

Apart from the salon being a little clinical- the treatment was wonderful and the staff were very professional and friendly.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Treatment room was really relaxing, and it did not feel like there was a busy salon outside the door. Excellent quality pedicure and gel nails.

First haircut with Katie Binns. She listened to what I wanted and got it exactly right. Love my new haircut. I shall definitely be going back to Katie again. Great friendly salon. Nice cup of tea. Very enjoyable visit. Would recommend to friends.
