My appointment wasn't carried out on time but I didn't mind since it was a bank holiday. I wasn't offered a drink for waiting. The front house staff seemed preoccupied with the computer. The treatment and lady doing it was very good and professional. The only problem is you can hear the music outside. So you have the calming music inside and then the outside music mixed in.

Allertons is in a great location. They were easy to book with. I am usually nervous at hairdressers but I was put at ease. The colour came out great! Without the Wahanda discount this would have been expensive. I think the cost of a blowdry should be built into the price - it's not ideal to ask people to spend their money on the ombré then ask for an extra £20 just to get their hair dried off.
Loved my time in Allertons. Couldn't fault anything. Excellent service, excellent staff. Dean is very welcoming and I felt very comfortable with him cutting and colouring my hair.

Really pleased with the staff and the level of the customer service. The eyelash tinting was done beautifully. I am more than happy to make this as my regular salon.

Pricey and cost didnt include a finish but overall happy with result. Staff were lovely and patient, listened to what i wanted.
