Fantastic facial with Christina - my skin felt like velvet after!! It's not the cheapest in town, but it is the best!! Only complaint was the treatment room - it feels a little small and you can hear everything from the salon - sort this out, and people will be queueing around the block!!! :))

Lately I have been very disappointed with Allertons.
My last visit, I got the March Flagship Package: Cut & Blow-Dry + £5 Beauty Voucher + 15min Makeover however they did not have an artist available so I got no makeover neither did I get the voucher yet paid for it as they said I could get it next time but to this day no one called me to rearrange it. Despite this I went back for to get gel nails last week. They advertise that they the nails last for up to 3 weeks however this is not true as it did not even last 2 days and had to get them removed as it looked tacky given that some chipped. I did call Allertons to inform them of this, I spoke to James who reassured me that the manager would call me back but again I have yet to receive a call.
Very disappointed as I enjoyed going there but I have been paying for services that I just have not got- complete robbery!

Another great visit to Allertons. Lovely salon & always come out with exactly what I went in for. Only downside is the very expensive parking in the light which stung me on this visit!
